A member of the crew said: "The sex scene was authentic. They were filmed over three days an the set was totally shut down. Alec and Kim were naked and no one was allowed in the room."
Some people thinked that Kim and Alec really had sex for the movie camera.
There was some problems during the filming. They were causated by relentless heat which had caused sensitive Kim major skin concerns. Kim had dealt with it in usualy way" I just made sure I was well covered with cream and there was regular supply of umbrellas.
Kim Basinger was shooting promotional photographs to be used on poster for The Getaway and during the photoshotting she collapsed. The trailers arrived at El Mirage Dray Bed, the second hottest place in the United States. Early in the morning, followed by Kim, Alec and famous photographer Herb Ritts, and their entourgate, who flew in by helicopter. Everything was set up by one in the afternoon but it was too hot so thay had to wait until around 4:00 pm to start shooting. During the first couple of takes, Kim, who was wearing high heels, grabbed a bag and ran towards the camera. In the background Alec looked on at her as he held a shotgun. Ritts snapped away, taking the same scene from various angles. He continued for some time. But suddenly, delicate Kim keeled over; putting her hand to her head, she fell to the ground. Alec and the crews rushed to her side fearing that sun-sensitive Kim had been falled by heatstroke. After 10 minutes of just lying there, she finally got up and went into her airconditioned trailer

"In the scene that we filmed with a camerament present we did a lot of pretty heavy stuff. The steadycam operator would be going up and down our bodies, panning in and doing back. When they cut he wuld put the camera down, and lean against the wall and go, "Ho my God" he was so embarassed"
MY REVIEW: The movie is really extreme. The plot isenchanting and the sex scenes are really hot. Kim and Alec are such a beautiful screen couple. The movie is engaging.
